It's part of why I'm now taking payment upfront from now on for new clients.     I wasn't originally going to post it, but then I decided to try out some fonts a friend of mine suggested. So I redid some of the pages, liked how they looked, and decided to upload anyway. What do you think?

Slight new rule

 For anyone who wants to commission a work from me, I've got a new rule. But first, the reason why. Earlier, I mentioned how someone cheated me out of a $123 commission. Well, it happened again. This time for $180. I'm not posting a preview of it since it's not a sequel to a work that's already done, but this is ridiculous. So my rule is this: anyone who wants to commission a translation work from me must pay upfront for the first three commissions. Trust needs to be built. I'm not doing free work for someone again when we have a clear promise of payment.

TS Idol 2... sort of

 Here's the story. After finishing TS Idol, I was commissioned to work on the sequel. I actually finished work on it at the end of April and immediately contacted the guy who commissioned the translation, sending him watermarked pages as proof of work. I got no reply. So I tried again, this time sending a PayPal invoice as well. Still nothing. I tried contacting him again at a different time of day. Nope. So here I am, kinda stuck. I'm not gonna post the full thing online until I get my payment. But it seemed a shame to just leave them there. So here's my idea. I still have my ko-fi page ( https://ko-fi.com/thefrogmanscans ). If I get $123 worth in tips with the comment "TS Idol 2" or the guy who initially commissioned it finally pays me the $123 he owes me, I'll go ahead and upload the whole thing and delete this post.
